Requirements

What we're looking for

A person with proficiency in French and experience in logistics administrative management, order tracking, management of potential incidents, claims, and transport coordination. We are looking for an organized, proactive person with communication skills to guarantee the correct flow of daily operations.

Previous experience in administrative positions within the sales, logistics, and/or transport area.
Advanced level of French.
Regular use of IT tools and management ERP.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in order tracking and incident management.
Communication skills and experience dealing with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
Proactive person, capable of problem-solving and working under established deadlines.

The role

At Marlex People, we are looking for you! We are collaborating with a major company in the logistics sector that needs to hire a Sales Administrator for the French market in Pamplona. If you are looking for stability, professional development, and a new challenge, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Management and tracking of orders from receipt to final delivery.
Coordination with carriers for the planning and control of shipments.
Resolution and monitoring of logistics incidents.
Documentary management of delivery notes, shipments, and associated invoicing.
Updating data in ERP and management platforms.
Phone and email customer service for clients and suppliers.
Stock control and administrative support to the logistics department.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 17:30.

Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.
