Requirements

What we're looking for

* Ability to build relationships with third parties

* Ability to work under stressful situations

* Ability to relate to the different Departments of the Company

* Knowledge of the software used by the Company and ability to learn new software applications.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice to have

* Valued: 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, invoicing, collections, O2C.

* English is valued

What you'll get

* Contract: temporary via ETT (Temporary Employment Agency).

* Schedule: from 08:30 to 17:30 with one hour for lunch, and if lunch is taken in half an hour, you may leave at 17:00

* Remuneration: 13.50€b/h

The role

At Marlex People, we are looking for you! We are collaborating with a major company that needs to hire an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE professional for the Guadalajara area. If you are looking for stability, professional development, and a new challenge, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

* Management of customer offers/orders (Public bodies, communities, distributors, private sector companies)

* Creation of sales document procedures

* Delivery planning

* Follow-up and resolution of incidents/returns

* Coordination with the Logistics department

* Invoicing and sending of documentation

* Support to the front office staff of the Commercial department

* Administrative and customer service tasks specific to the position: telephone management, face-to-face customer service, filing, etc.

* Collections management

* Providing administrative support to the rest of the departments: telephone assistance, documentation
