What are we looking for?

Vocational training (Automotive, Logistics), high school diploma or similar.
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions in the automotive, transport, logistics, or similar sectors.
Driving/operating automatic and manual vehicles.
Driver's license B1
Committed person, with a vocation for service, attention to detail, initiative, problem-solving skills, agility, and teamwork.
Proficiency in Google and collaborative work environments.

The role

From Marlex People, an HR consultancy, we are looking to recruit a Fleet and Maintenance Manager, for a leading company in the VTC sector.

What you'll do

What will your main duties be?

Keep repair orders up to date and update the status of the vehicles in the database (DB).
Schedule maintenance and provide continuous, day-to-day follow-up on fleet repairs.
Provide direct support to drivers regarding aspects related to waiting times, vehicle status, and maintenance area processes.
Actively participate in onboarding and offboarding activities, as well as conduct welcome talks for new hires.
Report and communicate any identified anomaly or problem to the direct supervisor in a timely manner.

You will also be able to participate in:

Contributing to the continuous maintenance and improvement of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
Ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and requirements applicable to daily operations.
Identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement in the processes associated with the role.
