The role

From the RAS office GUADALAJARA we are recruiting FLEET MANAGERS for a company in the logistics sector located in San Fernando de Henares.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain a list of potential delivery fleets, both primary and backup, as required.

- Manage the entire onboarding process, from the initial phase to the start of operations.

- Coordinate with the commercial department, operations, legal, etc., for advisory services in the various areas.

- Follow up on documentation, contracts, and training for suppliers, as well as operational follow-up.

- Manage negotiations with suppliers, using a predefined price list.

- Identify risks or issues at the time of onboarding, delays, or capacity problems for the agreed business.

- Maintain clear tracking metrics, in order to report them.
