Job Offer: Fleet and Resources Manager

At Movistar Prosegur Alarmas, we are looking to hire a Fleet and Resources Manager to manage and control the vehicle fleet for the Commercial and Technical areas, ensuring efficient, up-to-date administration aligned with the operational needs of the business.

We are looking for a highly organized person with strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with different areas of the company, ensuring the proper use and control of assigned resources.

What you'll do

Manage and control the vehicle fleet for the Commercial and Technical areas, ensuring efficient allocation and the tracking of additions, removals, returns, changes, and reassignments.
Keep the fleet database up to date, ensuring the reliability of information and control over the status of vehicles.
Coordinate with internal teams, managers, and sales supervisors to ensure compliance with procedures and optimize vehicle availability.
Continuously monitor the fleet, detecting issues and proposing actions to improve its efficiency and organization.
