At Marlex, we are selecting a Production Operator to join a leading company in the nutraceutical sector, featuring technified production processes and a clear commitment to internal promotion.
The position is designed to start as a Production Operator and evolve, through training and development, into a Hopper Specialist and subsequently into a Mixing and Weighing Operator, with the corresponding salary increase.
What you'll do
- Provide support to the mixing and weighing area.
- Link between warehouse and packaging.
- Feeding hoppers and moving raw materials.
- Support in format changes and packaging.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality procedures.
How you'll work
- Morning: 5:30 h to 13:30 h.
- Afternoon: 13:30 h to 21:30 h.
- Night shift (Sunday to Thursday): 21:30 h to 5:30 h.
Career plan
After completing training and acquiring experience, you will be able to promote to:
- Management of raw material supply.
- Feeding and control of hoppers.
- Supervision of the production process.
- Weighing of raw materials and preparation of manufacturing orders.
- Document management and control via ERP.
- Sampling, stock control, and equipment cleaning.
- Operating manual and electric pallet jacks.
Promotion to Hopper Specialist
- Normal hour: €13.04
- Night hour: €15.13
- Overtime hour: €16.21
- 160 h: €2,086.96 gross/month
- 185 h: €2,412.05 gross/month
Promotion to Mixing and Weighing Operator
- Normal hour: €13.85
- Night hour: €16.07
- Overtime hour: €17.36
