- Minimum 1 year of experience as an operator; forklift licence and cleanroom experience are valued.
- Own vehicle to access the workplace.

What you'll get
- 3 months through a staffing agency. If it goes well, direct hire by the company (6 months + permanent contract).
- Salary €13.50 gross/hour. The salary will be improved once hired directly by the company.
The role
CRIT Martorell is recruiting, for a company located in Castellbisbal, a production operator for a pharmaceutical company
What you'll do
• Loading the raw material and pouring it into the hopper (the raw material sometimes comes in 25 kg sacks).
• Monitoring the hopper and the reactor reaction process.
• Packaging.
• Using a forklift to fetch the raw material or move the finished product (having a forklift licence is important but not essential).
• Format changes on the packaging machine.
How you'll work
- Fixed shift. Initially 6:00-14:00 for training. Afterwards, a fixed AFTERNOON shift, from 13:45-21:45.
