The role

At Marlex Professionals, we are collaborating with a company in the meat sector, located in the province of Girona, in the midst of a growth process, which currently needs to incorporate a Packaging Section Manager to reinforce its production team.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the correct operation of the morning shift, managing the production team and ensuring compliance with the established objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be

Supervise and coordinate the production team during the shift.
Organize and distribute tasks among the different members of the team.
Monitor production objectives and established deadlines.
Detect and resolve incidents that may arise during the production process.
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Monitor the performance and needs of the team.
Coordinate with the different departments to guarantee the correct operation of production.
Propose improvements to optimize production processes.
