We are looking for a person with a technical profile, curiosity for automation, and a desire to grow professionally in a specialized sector.

We would like you to bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Training in Intermediate or Higher Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Automation and Robotics, Electricity, Electromechanics or similar.
  • Knowledge of industrial electricity and automation.
  • Knowledge or experience with PLC.
  • Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different technical profiles.
  • A proactive, decisive person with initiative.
  • Availability and willingness to perform interventions and commissioning at the client's site.

⚡ Electrical Technician - Automation and PLC

At Marlex, we are looking for you!

We collaborate with a leading company in the hydraulic sector, located in Llagostera, specializing in the design, manufacture, assembly, commissioning, and maintenance of pumping installations and water treatment plants.

We are looking to incorporate an Electrical Technician with PLC and automation knowledge to be part of a technical team and participate in large-scale engineering and installation projects.

If you are passionate about electricity and automation and want to participate in projects from the assembly phase to their commissioning, this could be your opportunity!

What you'll do

You will join a technical environment where you will be able to participate in complete automation and hydraulic installation projects, combining workshop work, assembly, and interventions directly at the client's site.

  • Participate in the automation and control of hydraulic systems using PLC.
  • Perform panel and machinery wiring according to electrical diagrams.
  • Interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in the manufacture and assembly of pumping installations and water treatment plants.
  • Perform service and maintenance tasks for the installations.
  • Verify the correct operation of equipment and systems before their commissioning.
  • Participate in the commissioning of installations directly at the client's site.
  • Detect and resolve incidents during testing and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with the technical team in the improvement and optimization of the installations.
