Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a service or maintenance technician in the machine tool sector.
Higher vocational training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics. We also value Electronics profiles with a mechanical background.
Availability for occasional travel through northern Spain (Aragón, Cantabria, Asturias, and Castilla y León).
Residence in Euskadi, in any province.
A serious, honest person with a desire to work, providing close customer service and very active communication.

What you'll get

You can live anywhere in Euskadi (Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, or Álava).
Salary of €50,000 to €55,000 gross per year.
Overtime paid and travel expenses covered.
Schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00, and always at home on Fridays.
Work planned 24 to 48 hours in advance, without improvised emergencies.
Continuous training on the brand and its technologies.

Do you have experience as a maintenance technician or field service technician in machine tools? Are you looking for a stable, well-paid position with a morning schedule? Would you like to work with a world-leading brand in the sector? If your answer is yes, this is your opportunity!

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the marketing and technical service of CNC machine tools to search for a Field Service Technician for their center in the Gorbeialdea region. You will join a team of 25 technicians. You do not need to live in Álava: you can apply from anywhere in Euskadi, because the work is performed at the customer's site.

What you'll do

Diagnose and repair faults in machining centers, lathes, and CNC turning centers at the customer's site (approx. 70% of the work).
Perform installations and commissioning of new machinery (approx. 30%).
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to assigned work orders.
Advise the customer and be their technical point of reference: here, the technician is part of the company's commercial success.
Prepare visit reports and technical reports for each intervention.
