Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electricity, or equivalent disciplines.
Experience: Consolidated experience in industrial maintenance or working in the field (Field Service). Specific background as a compressor technician or industrial refrigeration technician will be highly valued.
Hard Skills / Tools: Practical mastery of electricity, mechanics, and pneumatics. Interest in operating leading brands (Kaeser, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand). B driving license is essential.
Soft Skills: Autonomy in decision-making, operational planning capacity, and a strong orientation toward technical customer satisfaction.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Indefinite full-time contract with an initial remuneration of €30,000 to €37,000 Gross/Year. Overtime and summer on-call shifts are fully paid.
A differential work-life balance model in the Field Service sector: Fixed intensive working day from 07:00 to 15:00h (Mon-Fri), limited to the province of Barcelona, allowing you to always sleep at home.
Company vehicle (with projection for mixed use), professional tools, remote technical support, and a solid continuous training plan.

The role

We are looking for a resourceful technical profile to join a newly created project due to the expansion of our operational delegation in Barcelona. Your main mission will be to ensure the optimal performance, energy efficiency, and operational reliability of our industrial customers' compressed air systems.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in the field, taking on technical assistance within the province and guaranteeing the quality standards of a consolidated company in constant growth.

What you'll do

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for air compressors and associated industrial installations.
Diagnose and intervene in complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults.
Lead the commissioning of new equipment and audit system efficiency (leak detection, consumption optimization).
Write detailed technical reports after each intervention and ensure direct and consultative customer service in the field.
