Transport Operations Control Center Technician

At Marlex, we are collaborating with an important company in the road passenger transport sector, belonging to a growing business group, which is currently actively seeking 1 Control Center Operator to join their team in Palma de Mallorca on a permanent basis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily transport service operations in real time, ensuring compliance with the schedules and standards established by the CTM, the public body that regulates transport services on the island.

What will your mission be in the company?

·Daily supervision of scheduled services, ensuring they are carried out according to the timetables, routes, and vehicles assigned by the CTM.

·Monitoring service operations in real time, detecting deviations, delays, or incidents in the service.

·Coordinating the resolution of operational incidents with the traffic department, inspectors, and drivers.

·Monitoring bus occupancy and managing possible additional services together with the traffic team.

·Recording and managing operational incidents in the internal system (HERMES).

·Processing complaints received through the CTM platform.

·Providing direct support to field staff (drivers and inspectors) in resolving daily incidents.

·Monitoring driving and rest times (tachograph), ensuring compliance with current regulations.

·Ensuring proper communication of service disruptions or incidents to the CTM and internal departments.

·Experience with internal operational management systems (HERMES or similar is a plus).

·Knowledge of road passenger transport regulations.

·Resourceful, organized person with the ability to work under pressure.

·Strong multitasking skills and real-time decision-making ability.

·Good communication and coordination skills with different stakeholders.

Desde Marlex estamos colaborando con una importante empresa del sector del transporte de viajeros por carretera, perteneciente a un grupo empresarial en crecimiento, que actualmente se encuentra en búsqueda activa de 1 Operario/a de Centro de Control para incorporarse de manera estable a su equipo en Palma de Mallorca.

La persona seleccionada será la encargada de supervisar y coordinar en tiempo real la operativa diaria del servicio de transporte, garantizando el correcto cumplimiento de las expediciones y estándares establecidos por el CTM, organismo público que regula el servicio de transporte en la isla.

¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?

·Supervisar diariamente el cumplimiento de las expediciones programadas, asegurando que se realizan según horarios, rutas y vehículos asignados por el CTM.

·Controlar la operativa del servicio en tiempo real, detectando desviaciones, retrasos o incidencias en el servicio.

·Coordinar la resolución de incidencias operativas con el departamento de tráfico, inspectores y conductores.

·Vigilar la ocupación de los autobuses y gestionar, junto con el equipo de tráfico, posibles refuerzos del servicio.

·Registrar y gestionar incidencias operativas en el sistema interno (HERMES).

·Tramitar reclamaciones recibidas a través de la plataforma del CTM.

·Dar soporte directo al personal de movimiento (conductores e inspectores) en la resolución de incidencias diarias.

·Supervisar los tiempos de conducción y descanso (tacógrafo), asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.

·Asegurar la correcta comunicación de afectaciones o incidencias del servicio al CTM y departamentos internos.

·Formación de Grado Superior en Gestión Administrativa, Transporte y Logística o similar.

·Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones de coordinación operativa, tráfico o centro de control.

·Manejo de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Excel.

·Experiencia con sistemas de gestión operativa interna (valorable HERMES o similares).

·Conocimiento de la normativa del transporte de viajeros por carretera.

·Persona resolutiva, organizada y con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

·Alta capacidad de multitarea y toma de decisiones en tiempo real.

·Buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación con distintos interlocutores.
