The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with an industrial company specializing in the manufacture of mechanical components and solutions, which is currently looking to hire a CNC Turner/Inspector to reinforce its production team.

As part of the workshop team, your main responsibility will be the preparation and operation of the grinding machine, ensuring the correct manufacture and verification of parts according to established quality standards.

What you'll do

Adjustment and preparation of the grinding machine, configuring speeds and measurements according to the specifications of each part.
Carrying out the dimensional verification of parts using different measuring devices.
Carrying out the corresponding preventive maintenance of the machinery.
Maintenance of machines, tooling, tools, and gauges in perfect working condition.
Carrying out the relevant quality controls during the manufacturing process.
Interpretation of mechanical blueprints to ensure the correct adjustment and manufacture of parts.
Compliance with established work instructions and procedures.
Coordinated work with the rest of the workshop team.
