The role

Your mission will be to transform raw material into precise parts, ensuring that every detail meets the most demanding manufacturing standards.

What you'll do

- You will operate and program CNC lathes to manufacture parts according to drawings.

- You will adjust tools and set up machines to optimize production.

- You will check the dimensions and finishes of parts using measuring instruments to guarantee maximum quality.

- You will keep your workstation and machinery in optimal operating and safety conditions.

Requirements

What will help you get off to a good start:

- Previous experience as a CNC Turner/Lathe Operator: it will allow you to manage machining cycles with ease and efficiency.

- Technical training in machining: it will give you the foundation needed to interpret complex drawings and choose the right tools.

And you will score points if:

- You have advanced knowledge of CNC programming: it will allow you to optimize cycle times and improve workshop productivity. Programming and operation of CNC lathes, reading technical drawings, handling measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and knowledge of materials and cutting tools.
