Maintenance Technician

Job Description

At MarSenses, we are looking to hire a maintenance technician for our hotel MarSenses Natura Olea, Cala d'Or, Mallorca.

Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance tasks and ensure the quality of the work.
- Guarantee the operation and good condition of the entire hotel.
- Regularly check the operation of technical equipment and facilities.
- Detect and report possible anomalies or risks to their direct supervisors.
- Ensure the order and cleanliness of the areas where technical work is carried out, as well as shared areas with other departments.
- Assist their direct supervisors in tasks that require urgent intervention or involve external supplier companies.
- Carry out the work ensuring compliance with environmental regulations,
quality standards and occupational risk prevention.
- Comply with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations and use Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure compliance with the care program, the sustainability policy and the EMS,
actively involving all employees with the aim of promoting improvement.
