Job Description

What you'll do

Responsibilities

- Organize, supervise, and coordinate the maintenance team and their tasks, including schedules, clock-ins, and staffing needs.
- Guarantee the correct functioning, conservation, and good condition of the hotel's facilities, equipment, and services through preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage incidents, urgent repairs, and emergencies, coordinating with suppliers, external companies, and managers.
Supervise and control the work performed, ensuring its quality, compliance with deadlines, and correct recording.
- Manage materials and resources, placing orders and requests to the storeroom and authorized suppliers.
- Coordinate the onboarding, selection, and training of staff, favoring the development and transmission of knowledge within the team.
- Maintain fluid communication with the team, other departments, and management, conducting periodic meetings and fostering a good working climate.
- Supervise compliance with quality, environmental, sustainability, OSH, safety, and technical-sanitary regulations and procedures.
- Promote continuous improvement, the efficient use of resources, and compliance with company values and policies.
- Accompany inspections and perform follow-up on the corresponding controls, reviews, and records.
