About the role

Job Mission:
You will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team with preparation, cleaning, and organization tasks, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with the hotel's quality and luxury standards.  

What you'll do

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients (washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning food) for culinary preparations.  
- Perform basic kitchen tasks, following the instructions of the cook and head chef.  
- Ensure cleanliness and order in workstations and kitchen utensils.   - Collaborate in the receiving and storage of goods, ensuring proper rotation and preservation of products.  
- Comply with established food hygiene and safety protocols.  
- Support daily mise en place, ensuring everything is ready for service.  
- Participate in the preparation of simple dishes and in plating under supervision.

- Basic studies in Cooking, Hospitality, or Catering (valuable).  
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant in hotels, restaurants, or similar establishments will be valued.
