In this environment, the Business Partner will play a key role in the hotel's economic management, providing a financial and transversal vision that allows for the identification of opportunities and the improvement of business results.

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Analyze the P&L, budget, and forecast, identifying deviations, opportunities, and improvement actions.
  • Provide a financial and business vision to the different areas of the hotel, favoring efficient and results-oriented management.
  • Supervise Administration, Finance, Storekeeping, collections, and internal control processes.
  • Participate in monthly closing, audits, investments, and financial reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs, processes, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and propose new ways of doing things that contribute to the hotel's efficiency.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
  • Previous experience in financial positions, preferably in the hotel sector.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Analytical capacity, results orientation, and business vision.
  • A proactive, organized, and curious person with the ability to work transversally with the different hotel teams.
