Job Mission:  Depending on the Housekeeper (Gobernanta), your mission will be the management and supervision of the cleaning service and upkeep of the common areas and hotel rooms.

What you'll do

 What will your main functions be? 

  1. Check the daily arrival and departure list, checking the specifications for each one (extra bed, amenities, etc.), as well as the updates regarding room changes and previous day's late arrivals.
  2. Distribute the tasks of the department's staff, based on guest arrivals and departures.
  3. Check the availability of cleaning supplies and restock cleaning products.
  4. Review the linen allocation for guest rooms.
  5. Deliver the Housekeeping Control Sheet to the Housekeepers for their respective zones.
  6. Supervise the cleaning of common areas and guest rooms, as well as VIP arrivals.
  7. Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper in evaluating the performance of the staff under their supervision.

  • Education related to the position.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Competencies: Teamwork, Leadership, strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
