What we're looking for

Education in Hotel Management, Tourism, Restaurant Management or related disciplines. Complementary training in business management will be valued.
Experience in a similar position, leading Food & Beverage operations, preferably in 4 and 5-star hotels.
Experience in economic management, budgets, cost control, and results analysis.
Experience in leadership and development of multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, food safety, and supplier management.
Strategic vision and results orientation, with a focus on profitability and business development.
Leadership, communication, and influence to coordinate teams and different stakeholders.
Analytical capacity to interpret KPIs, detect deviations, and propose improvement actions.
Proactivity, planning, and organization to manage projects and optimize processes.
Sensitivity to gastronomic trends, innovation, and the customer experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and economic management and analysis tools.
Ability to implement corporate standards and adapt them to the needs of the hotel.

We are looking for an F&B Director to lead the Food and Beverage strategy and operations of our hotel.

🥂 We are looking for a person with strategic vision, a results orientation, and a passion for the customer experience, capable of combining operational excellence, gastronomic innovation, and profitability, leading teams and developing concepts aligned with our brand.

Lead the strategy and integral management of the hotel's Food & Beverage area, guaranteeing service excellence, compliance with brand standards, and customer satisfaction. Drive gastronomic innovation, optimize economic results, and develop team talent to offer distinctive and profitable experiences.

What you'll do

🍽️ Strategy and operational excellence: lead the operations of restaurants and bars, ensuring the correct implementation of brand standards and excellence in service.
💡 Innovation and concept development: drive new gastronomic proposals, trends, and projects, participating in openings, rebrandings, and the implementation of new concepts.
📊 Economic management and profitability: prepare and monitor budgets, analyze KPIs and the profit and loss statement, control costs, and define action plans to achieve economic objectives.
🎯 Business development and marketing: drive commercial initiatives, campaigns, and marketing actions aligned with the brand strategy to maximize revenue and improve the customer experience.
🤝 Supplier and partner management: supervise the relationship with external operators, suppliers, and partners, guaranteeing compliance with agreements and service quality.
🌟 Leadership and team development: direct, motivate, and develop F&B teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
