Requirements

What we're looking for

Administration of IP switchboards based on Asterisk.
Knowledge of VoIP telephony (SIP, RTP).
Basic administration of Linux systems.
Basic configuration of extensions, dialplans...
Troubleshooting audio, registration, and call issues.

Minimum 2 years of experience with IP telephony systems (PBX) and VoIP.

Nice to have

Definition and use of API-REST integrations and websockets.
Knowledge of SQL database queries.

The role

As a Telephony Systems Technician, you will be responsible for the design, administration, and L2 support of the IP switchboard based on Asterisk, ensuring the availability and quality of the telephony service. You will participate in monitoring, security, and continuous improvement tasks for the VoIP infrastructure.

🖥️ You will approve and manage VoIP devices.

📘 You will do your own programming and analyze code generated by third parties.

🏢 You will propose changes and improvements for maintenance or performance.

🛠️ You will collaborate on deployments of mobile telephony technologies (VoLTE, e-SIMs, 5G,...).

📈 You will analyze and resolve incidents related to fixed and mobile telephony together with teams of various kinds: communications, systems, IT security...
