We are looking for a Technical Director to lead projects within a company specializing in the design, manufacture, and assembly of industrial machinery. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating teams and ensuring the correct execution of projects in the Engineering and Manufacturing area.

• Lead and develop the company's technical strategy, acting as the main point of reference regarding engineering and processes.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the technical office, guaranteeing the quality, feasibility, and correct execution of projects.
• Technically lead industrial projects, from the initial engineering phases through to their execution and commissioning.
• Ensure the correct application of chemical and process engineering principles, especially in the design and sizing of installations.
• Participate in the definition of technical solutions for turnkey projects, coordinating the different areas involved.
• Work jointly with the Technical Office, Production, Assembly, and After-Sales Service (SAT) to ensure the correct execution of projects.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and participate in the definition of solutions for clients.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and new technological solutions applicable to the business.
• Drive R&D+i projects, including the analysis and development of new technologies and applications related to industrial processes and new energy sources.
• Maintain technical dialogue with clients, suppliers, and technological partners.
• Evolve engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of the area.
• Develop and support the technical team, combining the knowledge of senior profiles with the development of more junior professionals.
• Guarantee knowledge transfer and the continuity of the technical area ahead of the upcoming generational transition.

• Knowledge of Chemical Engineering.
• Engineering for the design, manufacture, and assembly of industrial machinery.

We are looking for a professional with a solid background in Industrial Engineering, with knowledge of Chemical and Process Engineering, and experience developed in industrial environments related to chemical processes.

The following will be especially valued:

• University degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Professional experience in companies within the process engineering, industrial treatment, machinery, or industrial solutions sectors.
• Knowledge of Chemical and Process Engineering, applied to the design and development of industrial machinery and installations.
• Experience in the design and development of industrial solutions.
• Experience leading technical and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working jointly with Production, Assembly, After-Sales Service (SAT), and the Technical Office.
• Global vision of the business and the ability to translate technical knowledge into solutions with commercial impact.
• Good level of English.
