Functional Analyst

• Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar roles.
• Solid experience in functional analysis of complex systems.
• Deep knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in modeling and documentation tools (UML, BPMN).
• Ability to understand and document business processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in software development.
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Minimum English level B2

• Develop use cases, user stories, flowcharts, and other analysis artifacts.
• Participate actively in defining project scope and in the planning of development phases.
• Collaborate in defining the testing strategy, ensuring that implemented solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Perform impact analyses of proposed changes and document alternatives.
• Manage requirement traceability throughout the software development life cycle.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and systems.
• Facilitate communication and understanding among the various stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Participate in the validation of developed solutions with end users.
