Role mission: We are looking for a Functional Analyst, who will be responsible for translating the product vision into a list of requirements. They will actively collaborate in Sprint planning and review ceremonies and ensure the consistency of the various project deliverables to satisfy the defined vision and scope.

What you'll do

Ensure that requirements and user stories are complete and correct, including technical definitions.

Participate in the various project ceremonies, especially those oriented toward identifying and managing functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, mockups and prototypes, functional design of services, planning, synchronization, and review.
Identify scope changes early and communicate them to the Squad Manager for their corresponding management.
Coordinate user training on the solution's operation and prepare the corresponding material.
Create the user manual.
Provide support to users during the use of the solution, mainly during the first stage following the project go-live.
