What we're looking for

  • Experience in the banking sector, especially in Payment Methods.
  • Knowledge of COBOL.
  • Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, HPS, Web Services, API, SOA, Java, and CICS.
  • Functional and technical analysis capacity, incident resolution, and customer orientation.

The role

At Krell Consulting, we are looking for a Payment Methods Functional Analyst to join a banking sector project in Madrid.

What you'll do

  • Second-level (N2) functional and technical support in the field of Payment Methods.
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents related to cards, merchants, Bizum, authorization centers, and Redsys.
  • Analysis and preparation of functional and technical designs for incident resolution and small evolutionary updates.
  • Communication with clients to improve service quality.
  • Support to N0 and N1 teams.
  • Coordination with internal areas for incident resolution.

How you'll work

Modality: Hybrid, with 4 days on-site and 1 day of teleworking per week.

Duration: Long-term project.
