Functional Analyst and Application Manager

• Minimum Experience: 4 years of demonstrable experience as a Functional Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Caixa Knowledge: Proven experience and deep knowledge of the tools, processes, and working methodologies ecosystem of Caixa.
• Functional Analysis: Solid capacity for business analysis, eliciting requirements, and defining detailed functional specifications.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies (User Stories, Epics, Sprints, Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Software Lifecycle: Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Testing and Deployments: Knowledge of testing processes (unit, integration, UAT) and deployments.
• Management Tools: Familiarity with project and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence, or other equivalents).
• Generative AI: General knowledge of Generative AI and agent architectures. Ability to understand and communicate basic AI concepts for requirements definition.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business profiles.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems.

• Knowledge of modeling tools (UML, BPMN).
• Experience in client or stakeholder relationship management.
• Certifications in agile methodologies.

We are looking for a Functional Analyst and Application Manager with solid experience in the complete lifecycle of technological solutions and deep knowledge of the specific tools and processes ecosystem of Caixa. The ideal candidate will be an essential bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring project alignment and success.

• Requirements Analysis: Gather, understand, and analyze functional business needs, identifying key use cases and translating them into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for the development teams.
• Backlog Management: Actively participate in the prioritization, refinement, and monitoring of the product backlog, ensuring that tasks reflect the strategic priorities of the business.
• Application Lifecycle: Accompany applications throughout their entire lifecycle, from the definition and design phase to production, monitoring their performance and managing their evolution.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate communication and collaboration with other key teams such as Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Quality, to ensure technical viability and compliance with standards.
• Monitoring and Risk Management: Proactively monitor incidents, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions to mitigate their impact.
• Documentation: Prepare and keep up to date the functional documentation, technical specifications, and monitoring materials necessary for teams and stakeholders.
• Methodologies and Processes: Apply knowledge of the software lifecycle, agile methodologies such as Scrum, and testing and deployment processes to optimize value delivery.
• AI Innovation: Stay up to date on advances in Generative Artificial Intelligence and agent-based solutions. Participate in translating AI-related business needs to the technical team and collaborate in Responsible AI Governance processes.
