Requirements

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Academic background in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or another related technical discipline.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem (Customer Engagement / CRM implementations).
At least 7 years of experience in the design and implementation of technology solutions, with at least 4 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, etc.
Experience working with Azure integration services.
Knowledge of ALM and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365.
Ability to work in a team and lead highly complex projects.
Skills in managing technical and functional documentation.
Knowledge of security and quality standards in technology environments.
Advanced English level, both spoken and written. It will be used daily working with international colleagues and stakeholders.

The role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & Power Platform) Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of technology solutions for our client, an end-user company in the logistics sector. This role will lead the evolution of the global CRM platform, defining the solution architecture and collaborating with international teams on high-impact projects.

Direct hire in end client logistics sector.

What you'll do

Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to business needs and existing systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration of technology solutions.
Oversee and optimize the technical architecture of assigned projects.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams.
Manage the technical and functional documentation of implemented solutions.
Participate in identifying improvements and opportunities within existing solutions.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the quality of implementations.
Ensure compliance with security and quality standards across all projects.

How you'll work

Hybrid remote/on-site model, 2 days of remote work per week, East Madrid area.
