Proficiency in SAP, especially in GEICO/BRIM environments.
Advanced level of Excel.

The role

At Métrica, a technology consultancy specializing in IT solutions, we are looking to hire a Reconciliation and Factoring Specialist for a stable project, with an indefinite contract and a remote working modality within Spain.

We are looking for a rigorous, organized, and analysis-oriented person, with experience in reconciliation processes, factoring, and automation tools.

What you'll do

Main duties

Perform the registration of operations by uploading and verifying data in SharePoint, reviewing IC/CC, and executing the necessary cross-checks.
Supervise the standardization and automation of processes, including the control of flows in Power Automate and the escalation of incidents or errors.
Carry out the daily review of RPA processes associated with factoring, identifying unclarified operations and performing the necessary manual corrections in formats, batches, or positions.
Monitor the process through evolution dashboards, deviation analysis, and the use of files generated by robots, without making modifications to them.
Manage TSOL and manual cases, including full reconciliations, claims to Treasury, and the registration of credits and interest.
Execute factoring closing activities: zero balance validation, automatic or manual management of interest, and formal communication of the closing to the Accounting area.
