At Excelia, we are looking to hire a Functional Specialist in Electronic Invoicing, with senior experience in e-invoicing and regulatory adaptation projects, especially within the framework of the Ley Crea y Crece.
We are looking for a person with solid experience in electronic invoicing, capable of understanding business processes, analyzing requirements, and participating in the functional definition of technological solutions, acting as a point of reference between the client, the business, and technical teams.
As a Functional Specialist, you will participate in transformation and evolution projects for B2B electronic invoicing solutions, with a special focus on the requirements derived from the Ley Crea y Crece.
Among your main responsibilities:
Analyze and define functional requirements related to electronic invoicing.
Analyze the impact of the Ley Crea y Crece on organizational invoicing processes.
Design and document functional processes for the issuance, reception, and management of electronic invoices.
Participate in the definition of e-invoicing solutions and their integration with corporate systems.
Identify needs for the evolution and adaptation of existing systems.
Act as a functional interlocutor with clients, business users, and technical teams.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in functional testing, UAT, and solution validation.
Support the team during implementation and production rollout.
Resolve functional doubts and provide specialized knowledge during the project.
