The role

Provide support to the corporate Consolidation and Tax area in the monthly closing and Group consolidation processes, collaborating in the preparation and analysis of financial information, the monitoring of intragroup operations, compliance with tax obligations, and coordination with national and international subsidiaries.

What you'll do

  • Participate in the Group's monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Review and analyze the reporting packages sent by the subsidiaries.
  • Perform reconciliations of balances and intragroup transactions.
  • Provide support in the elimination processes of intragroup operations.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Analyze relevant variations in the balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate the collection of tax information with external advisors and local finance teams.
  • Support the analysis of international withholdings and the application of double taxation treaties.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and maintenance of documentation related to transfer pricing and intragroup operations.
  • Review accounting records and ensure the correct application of corporate accounting criteria.
  • Participate in the resolution of accounting issues reported by the subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with external audit by providing documentation and analysis.
  • Support projects for the improvement of financial processes and automation.
