We are looking for an AI Autonomous Agent Implementation Specialist Technician who combines software engineering, MLOps, and DevOps to design, deploy, and maintain agents based on large language models (LLMs) that:

• Orchestrate IT workflows.
• Integrate APIs and corporate systems.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) over vector databases.

• Design agent-based architectures that allow multiple agents to collaborate and call tools, APIs, or corporate functions.
• Implement RAG pipelines (vector DB + LLM) with Pinecone, Chroma, or equivalent options to provide agents with updated context.
• Extend agents with OpenAI Function Calling for read/write actions on IT systems (CMDB, ticketing, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Optimize LLM performance and exploitation: prompt engineering, embedding caching, and evaluation.
• Apply security and governance best practices: prompt version control, least privilege, call traceability, retention policies, and AI ethics.
• Train the rest of the IT team in agentic AI principles and develop reusable technical documentation.

• Systems thinking and a product mindset.
• Clear communication of complex concepts to non-technical profiles.

• Ethical approach and security orientation.
