Program Manager Analyst / PMO – SAP S/4HANA Migration Program

We are looking for a professional with the following credentials and experience:

• Program Management Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in Program Manager or PMO roles in highly complex technological transformation programs composed of several interrelated projects.
• SAP S/4HANA Experience: Active participation in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA conversion projects in the last 5 years. Experience in different types of migration (e.g., Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield) will be positively valued.
• Tool Proficiency: Solid command of planning and reporting tools, including MS Project or similar, advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros), and Power BI or similar for data visualization and analysis.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical capacity to break down complex problems, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
• Results Orientation: Strong orientation toward achieving objectives, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.

As a Program Manager Analyst / PMO, you will be a key piece in the orchestration and supervision of our SAP S/4HANA migration program. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Strategic Program Management: Define, plan, and supervise the comprehensive execution of the migration program, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple interdependent projects that make up the program, guaranteeing consistency, efficiency, and compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, as well as manage and resolve issues that arise during execution.
• Reporting and Communication: Establish and maintain a clear and effective reporting system for all stakeholders, providing periodic updates on program status, key milestones, deviations, and action plans.
• Resource Management: Collaborate in the allocation and optimization of program resources, ensuring the availability of the necessary talent for each phase.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the defined quality standards are met for all program deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster fluid and constructive communication with all stakeholders, including the client, project teams, and senior management.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for improvement in management processes and methodologies.
