We are looking for an O2C Operations Administrator (English C1) in Barcelona.
What you'll do
- Management of commercial disputes related to the O2B process (main activity).
- Management of activities related to orders and disputes: modifications in order entry, rejections, blocks, and urgent orders.
- Analysis and closure of non-standard and medium-complexity cases.
- Management of customer claims and inquiries in collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective and timely resolution.
- Making calls and managing incoming and outgoing emails with customers related to the order management process.
Requirements
- Languages: C1 English and C1 Spanish.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in O2C processes.
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel is valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical capacity, organization, prioritization, and multitasking.
- Proactive attitude.
