Program Manager Lead – SAP S/4HANA Migration

• Higher University Degree: Bachelor's degree, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in Program Leadership: At least 8 years of demonstrable experience directing complex technological transformation programs composed of several interrelated projects.
• Specific Experience in SAP S/4HANA: Participation in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects in the last 5 years, with at least one of them in a leadership or management role.
• Knowledge of PMO Methodologies: Solid experience in program governance, integrated planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams, as well as to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the global business vision and translate it into executable program plans.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.

We are looking for a Program Manager Lead with a solid track record in managing complex technological transformation programs. The primary role will be to lead and coordinate the SAP S/4HANA migration Program (PMO) for one of our strategic clients. You will be the person responsible for ensuring the success of the program, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives, efficient resource management, and compliance with established deadlines and budgets.

• Strategic Program Leadership: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the SAP S/4HANA migration program, ensuring its alignment with the client's overall business objectives.
• Comprehensive Program Management: Supervise and direct all phases of the program, from planning and design to execution, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Team Coordination: Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams (internal, external, and client-side) involved in the program, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Program Governance (PMO): Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for the program, defining roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and control and monitoring mechanisms.
• Integrated Planning: Develop and manage detailed program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and communications.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans and ensuring their effective resolution.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with all key program stakeholders, ensuring fluid, transparent, and regular communication regarding progress, milestones, and challenges.
• Change Management: Lead the organizational and technical change management strategy associated with the migration to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring the successful adoption of the new solution by end users.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all program deliverables meet defined quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare periodic reports on the status of the program for senior management and other relevant stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and deviations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities for improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
