Scrum Master

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in similar roles.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Agile scaling frameworks or practices.
• Previous experience in technological projects, with the ability to understand the dynamics, dependencies, and challenges of development teams.
• Facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Orientation towards service, value delivery, and the satisfaction of teams and business areas.
• Ability to train, accompany, and support teams in the adoption of Agile practices.
• Proactive, empathetic, organized profile oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Experience working under Agile methodologies.

• Experience in the definition, monitoring, and improvement of OKRs and KPIs.
• Participation in Agile or organizational transformation processes.
• Knowledge of Agile management and team tracking tools.
• Experience facilitating coordination between multiple teams or products.
• Scrum Master, Agile Coach, SAFe, or similar certifications.

At Metrica, we are looking to hire a Scrum Master to participate in technological projects, facilitating the adoption and consolidation of Agile methodologies.

The selected person will accompany teams in the continuous improvement of their way of working, promoting collaboration, value delivery, and the removal of impediments.

• Facilitate Scrum events: Daily Scrum, sprint planning, refinement, review, and retrospective.
• Accompany multidisciplinary teams in the application of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile practices.
• Identify, manage, and escalate impediments that affect the achievement of objectives and the delivery of value.
• Promote continuous improvement, team autonomy, collaboration, and transparency.
• Support the Product Owner in the management, prioritization, and refinement of the backlog.
• Drive the adoption of Agile metrics, performance indicators, and tracking mechanisms.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and training sessions oriented towards the improvement of Agile processes and capabilities.
• Collaborate with business and technology managers and other teams to coordinate dependencies and favor organizational alignment.
• Contribute to Agile scaling initiatives and organizational transformation.
