About the role

Join our team as a 💻Scrum Master 💻 and enjoy an innovative and collaborative work environment.

We are expanding our team in the Agile area in Madrid, with a person who has extensive experience in facilitating work teams.

What you'll do

  • Drive the adoption of agile practices and ensure compliance with the Scrum framework.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective), ensuring focus and effectiveness.

  • Remove impediments to maximize team productivity.

  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team and with stakeholders.

  • Protect the team from external interruptions and promote a healthy, self-managed work environment.

  • Measure, analyze, and communicate team progress to ensure value delivery.

What we're looking for

  • 4-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in agile teams.

  • Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and other agile practices (Kanban, Lean).

  • Ability to facilitate ceremonies and energize multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to identify and remove impediments quickly.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management skills.

  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or similar)

Languages

  • English B2 (highly valued).
