About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the tools of the merchandising/pricing business area, systematically reviewing the results of executions, identifying any issues/areas for improvement, and forwarding requests (once qualified) to the business area designated by the company, as well as reporting results to the area manager.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day:

  • Develop statistical and Machine Learning (ML) models to measure customer price sensitivity based on demand. 

  • Model and implement dynamic pricing engines that react in real time to variables such as stock, seasonal demand, and competitor prices to adjust our competitive advantage.

  • Identify potential areas for improvement together with the team.

  • Resolve any issues that may arise within the area.

  • Supervise and support incremental developments to applications in production.

  • Diploma or degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or similar studies.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

  • 1 year of experience coordinating teams is a plus.

  • Advanced programming skills in SAS, Python  and R (knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, MML).

  • Knowledge of various software management tools: GIT, JIRA, etc...

  • Knowledge of Google Agent Platform (Vertex).

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.

  • Advanced level in Excel (Power Query)

  • B2 level of English.
