• Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years of demonstrable experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on information security and/or cybersecurity.
• Security Project Management: Solid experience in managing security projects, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and cloud.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Deep knowledge and practical experience in projects related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Methodologies: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMP, Agile, Scrum, ITIL).
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams.

• Banking Sector: Previous experience working in the banking or financial sector will be highly valued.

Metrica is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager to join our team and lead critical projects.

As a Senior IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful direction and execution of IT infrastructure security projects, with a particular focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Security Project Leadership: Direct comprehensive security projects related to IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud, and corporate services. The main focus will be on identity security projects.
• End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management: Manage all project phases, from initial planning and scope definition through execution, continuous monitoring, proactive risk management, and final delivery.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including professionals in Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Operations, and external vendors, fostering a collaborative and highly efficient environment.
• Resource and Deliverable Management: Control and optimize scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure the fulfillment of project objectives.
• Implementation of Security Controls: Ensure that the implemented security solutions and controls comply with corporate policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Risk and Incident Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks. Perform rigorous monitoring of incidents, defining corrective actions and effective mitigation plans.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed progress reports and present clear and concise executive reports to stakeholders and senior management, maintaining fluid and transparent communication.
• Transition to Operations: Supervise and guarantee a smooth and successful transition of completed projects toward the operation and support teams, ensuring business continuity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory, normative, and audit requirements applicable to the banking sector and the implemented security solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote and apply best practices in project management and information security, driving the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.
