Requirements
What we're looking for
- Education in Bachillerato, Vocational Training, or equivalent.
- Experience of at least 2 years in a position of similar responsibility in the distribution, warehouse and/or logistics sector will be valued.
- Experience in using warehouse management IT tools and/or POS, as well as knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations, will be valued.

The role
We are looking for a Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at Makro Alcalá de Guadaíra. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:
Your mission; you will collaborate with the Head of the Delivery to Hospitality Service to ensure the greatest customer satisfaction in the area, and you will provide the best quality of service, taking into account the productivity/profitability of the order preparation process and the optimization of logistics routes.
What you'll do
- You will collaborate in the coordination of the transport operation for all sales channels: horeca delivery service, scheduled customer deliveries, and web orders.
- You will maintain order control and supervise billing once they are completed.
- You will collaborate in the analysis, organization and modification of the delivery routes, monitoring truck departure times as well as customer delivery times.
- You will review daily, together with the Horeca Delivery Service Manager, the truck loading operations, checking: functionality, shipment and route profitability, truck cleanliness, correct functioning of refrigeration equipment, company image, warning the carrier of non-compliance, and reporting any incidents that are not corrected.
- You will coordinate your team, fostering a culture of excellence so that each member meets their objectives and responsibilities.
How you'll work
Please note that this is a full-time vacancy from Sunday to Thursday with a daily schedule from 14:00 to 22:20 (including the 20-minute break)
