The role
We are looking for a Temporary POS/TPV Installation Technician (Hospitality) to join our Makro Bilbao team. Are you ready to be part of the best sales force in Spain? Below, we tell you all the details of the role:
Your mission; you will ensure the correct configuration and operation of POS and PDQ terminals, providing training and technical support to optimize the customer experience. Additionally, you will manage incidents to offer quick solutions and continuously improve the service.
Your main functions will be:
- You will be responsible for the configuration of PDQ and POS equipment once the Commercial Manager has completed the sale.
- You will visit customers with the mission to configure, explain, and train staff on the use of the software and equipment.
- You will manage existing incidents with these devices to be able to offer solutions to our customers.
At an organizational level:
- You will report to the POS Coordinator.
- You will not have a team under your supervision.
How you'll work
Please note that this position is temporary and requires travel throughout the Basque Country, Navarra, La Rioja, and Cantabria.
