What you'll do

  • Actively participate in the annual marketing plan, contributing strategic vision and knowledge of the local market.
  • Contribute to the development of initiatives aimed at growth, visibility, and strengthening the premium positioning of the brands.
  • Lead the coordination of 360° campaigns - digital, point of sale, events, and activations - ensuring consistency and excellence at every touchpoint.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team in the design and execution of activations and promotions by channel, contributing brand expertise to every initiative.
  • Manage the trade budget and channel execution KPIs, focusing on implementation quality and the return of each action.
  • Oversee the comprehensive tracking of orders and materials for the sales team, ensuring control, traceability, and compliance with timelines.
  • Analyze distribution data to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and growth drivers in each channel.
  • Act as a strategic and operational support to the sales team in developing proposals, actions, and initiatives for key accounts.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

  • Experience managing creative agencies and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.
