What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job profiling, advertising, interviews, candidate presentation, and closing.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying talent needs in the market and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop client relationships within the sector through meetings, presentations, and ongoing account follow-up.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and technical assessments.
- Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the growth of the division.
Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?
We are looking for someone interested in business development and the HR field.
The ideal candidate will have:
- University degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
- Commercial profile, proactive attitude, and ambition for professional growth in a specialized environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of professional profiles.
- Previous experience in sales, client management, account management, or similar roles.
- Experience in recruitment will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and a results-oriented mindset.
- Working proficiency in English.
