About the role

Define and manage the strategy and overall management of the assigned Business, in accordance with the Group's corporate strategy and the guidelines of the Chief Operations Officer, to ensure profitability, industrial competitiveness, and sustainable growth of the business, guaranteeing coordination of the plants and proper execution of clients' industrial projects.

  • Manage the Business's financial results, by monitoring P&L, budgets, and financial indicators, to guarantee business profitability and compliance with established economic targets.
  • Direct and supervise the activities of the Business's plants, through the Plant Managers and monitoring of industrial and financial indicators, to ensure compliance with productivity, quality, safety, cost, and customer service objectives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of corporate policies, processes, and standards within the Business, in collaboration with corporate functions and functional managers at the Business level, to ensure organizational coherence and proper execution of the Group's strategy across the plants.
  • Promote industrial improvement initiatives and coordination among plants, in collaboration with corporate operations, engineering, and continuous improvement areas, to increase the Business's overall productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the commercial organization and the innovation team in developing new business opportunities, in accordance with the Group's commercial and technology strategy, to ensure proper industrialization of projects and sustainable growth of the Business.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with key Business clients, in coordination with the Group's commercial organization, to strengthen client trust and ensure the stability and development of the business portfolio.
