The Resident Director Hotel will be the maximum person responsible for the integral management of the hotel, guaranteeing operational excellence, business profitability, and an exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury hotel standards.

• Lead the integral management of the hotel, ensuring correct operational, economic, and organizational functioning.
• Implement the strategy defined by the ownership, adapting it to the destination and the client.
• Represent the hotel before key stakeholders, partners, VIP clients, and luxury segment prescribers.
• Guarantee an exceptional and personalized guest experience, aligned with the standards of a 5★ hotel.
• Personally supervise VIP client attention, online reputation, and loyalty building.

• Supervise all hotel areas: Accommodation, F&B, Events, Wellness/Spa, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Front Office.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality standard compliance.
• Coordinate continuous product and service improvements.
• Responsible for the hotel's P&L, preparing the annual budget, forecast, and KPI control.

• Consolidated experience in high-responsibility hotel positions.
• Essential experience in 5★ and/or luxury hotels, such as: Hotel Director / Resident Director

El Hotel Director Residente será el máximo responsable de la dirección integral del hotel, garantizando la excelencia operativa, la rentabilidad del negocio y una experiencia de cliente excepcional alineada con los estándares de la hotelería de lujo

• Liderar la gestión integral del hotel, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento operativo, económico y organizativo.
• Implementar la estrategia definida por la propiedad, adaptándola a la realidad del destino y del cliente.
• Representar al hotel ante stakeholders clave, partners, clientes VIP y prescriptores del segmento lujo.
• Garantizar una experiencia de cliente excepcional y personalizada, alineada con los estándares de un hotel 5★.
• Supervisar personalmente la atención a clientes VIP, reputación online y fidelización.
• Asegurar una cultura de servicio basada en el detalle, la anticipación y la excelencia.
• Supervisar todas las áreas del hotel: Alojamiento, F&B, Eventos, Wellness/Spa, Mantenimiento, Housekeeping y Front Office.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo, de seguridad y de estándares de calidad.
• Coordinar mejoras continuas del producto y del servicio.
• Responsable del P&L del hotel, elaboración de presupuesto anual, forecast y control de KPIs.
• Optimizar la rentabilidad manteniendo el posicionamiento de lujo.
