The role

Factory location: Guadalajara, on-site 3 days per week.
Work model: 6 days of remote work per month.

What you'll do

Design and maintain cost accounting policies and procedures at the group level.
Supervise the calculation and analysis of industrial costs by factory, product, business line, and cost center.
Analyze production deviations and variations, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency and profitability.
Prepare management reports and reporting for the CFO and General Management.
Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decision-making.
Evaluate profitability by product, customer, and business unit.
Ensure the quality and reliability of financial information coming from the various corporate ERP systems.
Lead and develop one person within the controlling team.
Act as a financial partner to the Operations and Industrial areas.
Translate financial and operational analyses into strategic recommendations and conclusions for decision-making.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or similar.
More than 10 years of experience in Industrial Management Control, Cost Controlling, or similar positions within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Essential experience in complex industrial environments, with multiple products, references, or production lines.
Experience in multinational companies or international groups is especially valued.
Solid knowledge of analytical accounting, standard costs, margins, profitability, and production processes.
High level of English, both oral and written.
Proficiency in ERP and technological management and reporting tools (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, or similar).
High analytical capacity, results orientation, and transversal influence within the organization.
Residency in the Corredor del Henares or nearby areas.
Availability to travel to the Guadalajara plant 3 days per week.
