- Analyze investment opportunities both originated in-market and off-market, prepare preliminary valuations, and participate in the preparation of indicative offers and letters of intent.
- Coordinate legal, technical, tax, and commercial due diligence processes, as well as support bank financing processes, from contacting financial institutions to comparing proposals.
- Collaborate in purchase and sale, financing, and development negotiations, building relationships with intermediaries, developers, and sector agents.
Business case development
- Work closely with the operations, development, and asset management teams to build the business case for each investment opportunity, defining hypotheses for revenue, occupancy, capital expenditures, and operating costs.
- Incorporate operational and design considerations into the financial models to realistically reflect future asset management.
- Participate in innovation initiatives and the development of new concepts within the residential real estate and accommodation sectors, as well as analyze adjacent investment opportunities.
