We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Electromechanical Technician to join the liquid maintenance area of our production plant.

We are seeking a highly specialized technical profile with solid experience in industrial automation and a real ability to diagnose and resolve complex faults using PLCs in highly automated industrial environments. This is a key position within the maintenance team, with a high level of autonomy and technical responsibility.

What will your mission be?

You will be part of the industrial maintenance team specialized in liquid processes, ensuring the operational continuity of production lines through the detection, analysis, and resolution of electrical, electromechanical, and automation faults.

Your main objective will be to minimize downtime, ensuring maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment.

What you'll do

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and electromechanical faults on automated production lines.
  • Connect to PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, or others) to analyze faults, navigate programs, and locate issues not visible on the HMI.
  • Diagnose communication problems in industrial networks and automated systems.
  • Work on variable frequency drives, servo systems, and industrial instrumentation.
  • Act on sensors, flow meters, pressure, and temperature equipment.
  • Perform mechanical interventions on pumps, valves, mechanical seals, gearboxes, bearings, and conveyor belts.
  • Interpret electrical diagrams, technical documentation, and mechanical exploded views.
  • Resolve issues in continuous production environments with high availability standards.
  • Work autonomously during the shift, making technical decisions to ensure production continuity.

  • High technical autonomy and the ability to resolve issues without constant supervision.
