The role

We are looking for a Site Manager to start a major public building project in Valencia for an interesting Valencian construction company with extensive experience in the construction sector. Opportunity to join a construction company with experience in landmark projects and high technical value in the long term.

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of the project from start to final handover.
Plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of the works in accordance with the project, budget and established deadlines.
Cost control: monitoring costs, certifications, budget deviations and final closure.
Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and suppliers.
Management of the site team: foremen, direct labour and assigned resources.
Direct liaison with the Technical Management, the client and public bodies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Quality control of the works carried out and proper project documentation.
Preparation of monitoring reports and internal reporting.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Technical training in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager on building projects.
Previous experience in public works or institutional projects is valued.
Leadership, organisational and decision-making skills in a site environment.
Solid knowledge of planning, cost control and team management.
Ability to liaise with the Technical Management and public bodies.
Residence in Valencia or willingness to work in the area.
