Junior Electronics Test & Hardware Engineer

The requirements that the Junior Electronics Test & Hardware Engineer must meet are the following:

• Degree or Master's in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering (specializing in Electronics), Automation and Robotics Engineering, or similar.
• Professional experience of between 2 and 4 years in positions related to electronic design and validation.
• Practical experience in electronic design, PCB development, and laboratory activities.
• Experience in management and relationship with PCB assembly suppliers.
• Knowledge of electronic hardware design, validation, and testing.
• Experience in the design and construction of test racks, test benches, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of wiring, connectors, and integration of electronic systems.
• Experience in programming and test automation.
• Handling of laboratory instrumentation: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, analyzers, and measurement equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of integration, validation, and commissioning processes for electronic equipment.
• Practical profile, oriented toward problem-solving and with the ability to work both in the laboratory and in engineering environments.

The functions to be carried out by the Junior Electronics Test & Hardware Engineer will be the following:

• Design and development of electronic hardware for test equipment, validation, and testing systems.
• Design, construction, and integration of Acceptance and Qualification Racks (RACs) and test benches.
• Preparation, updating, and maintenance of technical documentation and design files.
• Development of testing procedures and test automation.
• Assembly, wiring, and integration of electronic systems and test equipment.
• Execution of functional validation and hardware verification activities.
• Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of incidents detected during the integration and testing phases.
• Analysis of results and preparation of technical reports.
• Collaboration with engineering and production teams for the industrialization and commissioning of new solutions.
• Liaison with PCB manufacturing and assembly suppliers.
• Identification of improvement opportunities and proposal of technical solutions aimed at optimizing products and processes.
