Product Owner ServiceNow

We're looking for a (Senior) ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the functional ownership of the ServiceNow platform, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful adoption across key modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD

* Shape the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform and advocate for its adoption across the organization.

* Provide governance and solution expertise to business units, implementation partners, and governance boards, ensuring alignment with business needs.

* Manage the intake and prioritization of ServiceNow demands and requirements, and facilitate alignment within governance structures.

* Architect and design ServiceNow solutions that support strategic and operational goals; monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary.

* Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices.

* Ensure compliance by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team, workers council, and other stakeholders.

* Help define lifecycle processes for hardware and software asset management, focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance.

* Support the use of ServiceNow Discovery and related tools to maintain a reliable and up-to-date asset inventory.

  Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 
  
  3-6 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or ServiceNow functional role within medium to large organizations.
• 
  
  Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on ITSM.
• 
  
  Proven experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations.
• 
  
  Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management principles.
• 
  
  Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• 
  
  Comfortable working in cross-functional and international environments.

• 
  
  ServiceNow and/or Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO, CSA, ITSM) are a plus.
• 
  
  Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German or Spanish) are a plus.
